Richard Hughes is a Hudson, Massachusetts-based musician and historian who re-creates authentic silent movie experiences by providing live, perfectly timed piano accompaniment for classic films from the 1910s and 1920s. He performs across New England, often playing ragtime, Tin Pan Alley tunes, and "mood music".
