Transportation

Newton at Home has a large pool of volunteers who provide transportation to our Full members both within Newton and surrounding areas. It’s a free service except for payment for tolls and parking and a minimal charge for rides to Boston and Logan Airport. All volunteer drivers are trained and vetted to work with NAH members and will provide rides to and from:

• Medical, dental, and physical therapy  appointments
  
• Social, cultural, and educational events
• Exercise and fitness classes
• Newton Free Library and Newton City Hall
• Supermarkets and other shopping
• Hair salons/barbers
• Errands (e.g., post office, dry cleaner)
• Logan Airport
• Any other destinations in our service area
