World Environment Day is celebrated annually on June 5th and encourages awareness and action for the protection of the environment. A staggering 8 million pieces of plastic pollution find their way into our oceans daily. Join us at the SLC for a discussion with Janet Domenitz, Director of MassPIRG to learn about their work towards saving the environment one piece of plastic at a time. You’ll also learn what can/can’t be recycled and how.
