NNHS presents: ANYTHING GOES 1:30 - 4:00 P.M.

Newton North High School Musical:

“Anything Goes”

Sunday, March 26th

1:30 to 4:00 p.m.

The talented student actors and singers of Newton North High School invite Newton seniors for the finale performance of “Anything Goes.” You will not regret attending this very lively and special performance! First, you will enjoy a special “seniors-only’ talk-back with Director Adam Brown at 1:30 p.m. The performance begins at 2:00 p.m. and includes one intermission (paid concessions will be available).

Anything Goes is set aboard the ocean liner S. S. American, where nightclub singer/evangelist Reno Sweeney is en route from New York to England. Her pal Billy Crocker has stowed away to be near his love, Hope Harcourt, but the problem is Hope is engaged to the wealthy Lord Evelyn Oakleigh. Joining this love triangle on board the luxury liner are Public Enemy #13, Moonface Martin and his sidekick-in-crime Erma. With the help of some elaborate disguises, tap-dancing sailors and good old-fashioned blackmail, Reno and Martin join forces to help Billy in his quest to win Hopes heart.  Music and Lyrics by Cole Porter. Original Book by P.G. Wodehouse & Guy Bolton and Howard Lindsay & Russel Crouse. New Book by Timothy Crouse & John Weidman

Newton at Home has 7 tickets available for $15 per ticket (seniors-only price).  Please call the office, 617-795-2560 to reserve yours. Please note, rides will not be available for this performance.
