An outstanding American Art Museum just north of Boston, the Cape Ann Museum showcases the art and cultural history of maritime New England. The Museums's Collection, displayed in an intimate and inviting setting, celebrates the rich story of Cape Ann's evolving artistic and cultural history. View the paintings of Winslow Homer, learn about Judith Sargent Murray, an advocate for women’s rights at a time when few women were making public their desire for equality, and tour the Captain Elias Davis House. Following our tour, we will have lunch at Halibut Point Restaurant and Bar. We will meet at the Scandinavian Living Center to Board the bus to the museum. The cost for this trip is $20 per member or non-member volunteer payable in advance to Newton at Home. Lunch will be pay on your own.
