Newton at Home office will be closed for the New Year's Day holiday observance.

Sunday Soiree @ O'Hara's Restaurant in Newton Highlands.  $12 for entree, salad & roll.  Beverages and tip are extra.

11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Running time of movie is 1 hour 40 minutes.

Planning for A Livable All Age-Friendly Newton: Newton was recently designated as a member of the AARP Network of Age-Friendly Communities.  You are invited to a "Listening Session" to share your thoughts and ideas about age-friendliness.  Your contribution to the discussion will help the committee work towards creating a Livable All Age-Friendly Newton!

Thursday, January 19
History Group will meet at the Newton Free Library, 330 Homer Street for an overview of the historical resources available. Presenters will include Reference Librarians, Newton History Specialists, Genealogy Specialist and a representative from Historic Newton.  For those interested, group will convene at Brewer's Coalition for lunch.
