    Q: What are the benefits of becoming a NAH member?
    A: Benefits of membership include:
    • One central phone number to call for all programs and services.
    • Opportunities to participate in a wide variety of educational, cultural, social and wellness activities and trips exclusively designed for NAH members. Where available, NAH will arrange for group discounts for tickets to theatre, movies, concerts, and sporting events.
    • Information and referral to a broad range of screened vendors and service providers, many offering special member discounts
    • Help with household tasks
    • Ongoing NAH member-led activities such as book clubs, walking and exercise groups, discussion groups, dining clubs and potluck meals
    • Volunteer-provided transportation, as available, to local sites such as the supermarket, a doctor’s office, etc.
    • Opportunities to expand interests and meet new people
    • Special relationships with strategic partners in the community who have proven expertise in the field of aging
    • Monthly calendar and NAH newsletter
    • An opportunity to receive training and serve as a NAH volunteer
